Strategic Recruitment Partner for In-House Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic HR Team in Dublin 2.
This is a unique opportunity to work as a true HR Business Partner, partnering strategically with internal departments to drive recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in-house in Recruitment / HR, with a strong focus on Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal business managers and the HR team to understand current and future recruitment needs.
* Manage the full recruitment process from initial engagement to on-boarding new staff members.
* Continuously review and develop recruitment documents to ensure alignment with company objectives.
* Pioneering new ways of working, bringing innovative ideas to the table, and contributing to process improvement.
* Lead talent hiring initiatives, including Graduate Programmes, to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in HR / Recruitment / TA role.
* HR related qualification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
