As a
Senior HR Search Consultant
at HRM, you will play a key role in delivering executive search and senior-level recruitment solutions for a diverse portfolio of client organisations across Ireland, including multinational corporations, indigenous businesses, and leading professional services firms.
HRM operates primarily as an executive search and retained recruitment business and is recognised as one of the leading and most established HR recruitment firms in the Irish market. With a strong brand presence and decades of trusted relationships, HRM partners with organisations at senior leadership and executive level to identify, attract, and secure high-impact HR leaders.
In this role, you will leverage HRM's market reputation, extensive client base, and long-standing relationships, while also contributing to the continued growth and evolution of our executive search practice.

* Have 5+ years' experience in Recruitment Consulting, Recruitment Management, or Search (in-house or consulting)
* Bring strong expertise within the Irish HR recruitment or executive search market
