The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to teaching and will have engaged in scholarly activities. Furthermore, they will be able to undertake academic administrative work. While they will primarily contribute to the undergraduate programme, they will also undertake postgraduate teaching, supervision and mentoring as designated by the Head of Discipline/Head of School.Garda Clearance: Garda vetting will be sought in respect of individuals who come under consideration for this post.Post status: 3 Year Fixed-Term ContractThis post is offered on a fixed-term basis in accordance with University policy, as Teaching Fellow appointments are not intended to be long-term and are normally limited to a maximum duration of three years.Hours of Post: Hours of work for academic staff are those as prescribed under Public Service Agreements.
