1. Manage and support recruitment processes, verifying and downloading applications from HR systems.
2. Establish interview committees and provide access to completion details online.
3. Oversight of communications with candidates and hiring managers regarding competition status.
4. Shortlisting and interview process administration, ensuring paperwork/documentation is prepared as needed.
5. Post-interview process administration, including transcript, reference, verification reviews.
