Role Overview
6. Providing our clients with a market leading recruitment service
7. Effectively managing a significant workload and prioritising key responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
8. Sourcing high-quality candidates through the company database, social media, job boards, and referrals.
9. Conducting candidate referencing to ensure quality and suitability.
10. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends through press releases, social networking, and candidate interaction.
11. Capturing, managing, and deriving insights from data.
12. Being a positive influence on the company, engaging with company growth strategies, and pursuing continuous professional development.
Skills/Experience Required
13. A genuine desire to build a long-term career within the recruitment industry.
14. Education to Hons Level 8 in a Business, HR, or Engineering-related discipline.
15. Driven and possessing excellent communication skills.
16. Personable individual who thrives in small team environments.
17. Excellent communication skills and a good judge of character.
18. High level of efficiency around IT-related tasks is essential.
19. Extremely organised individual required to manage a busy desk.
