Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with existing and new clients on a proactive basis.
* Handle broking, placement, processing, and administering tasks with precision.
* Issue renewal documentation and ensure policy retention through effective communication.
* Provide motor, home, marine, and travel insurance quotations for new business opportunities.
* Servicing policies and handling mid-term alterations efficiently.
* Achieve personal lines renewal income and new business targets through strategic planning.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
* Hold APA Personal, CIP or Grandfathered qualifications and be fully CPD compliant.
* Possess excellent knowledge of the Personal Lines market.
* Demonstrate superior organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Show attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
