Day-to-day technical service director

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our IT systems and services. This role combines technical responsibility with operational coordination, requiring someone who enjoys being close to systems, users, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include owning daily IT operations across infrastructure, systems, and end-user environments, acting as the primary escalation point for IT issues impacting business operations, coordinating third-party vendors, supporting staff onboarding and offboarding, and providing hands-on end-user support when required.
