Job Description
This is a multi-faceted role that combines technical expertise with commercial acumen. You will oversee workshop operations, manage service contracts, and provide technical support to clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality control
* Hands-on maintenance, servicing, and repair of food production equipment
* Leadership of installation projects and provision of technical support to clients
* Management of service contracts and delivery of after-sales support
* Support and drive sales activities, including customer visits, quoting, and negotiation
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background, proven experience working with fresh food produce equipment, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and installation, as well as commercial acumen with experience in sales or client-facing roles.
