Our Dublin based clients are presently recruiting Quantity Surveyors for Large-scale Data Centre, Logistics, Industrial and Commercial projects across County Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, complex builds in the growing Data Centre and Logistics sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all commercial and contractual aspects of the projectMonitor budgets, cash flow, and cost forecastsPrepare valuations, measure works, and manage variations and claimsProcure and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including tenders and contractsMaintain subcontractor accounts, interim payments, and final accountsCollaborate with site teams, design consultants, and clients to resolve commercial issuesProduce and present monthly cost reports to senior managementSupport value engineering and cost-saving initiativesEnsure compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, and industry best practiceQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale projectsExposure to Data Centres, Logistics, Industrial, or high-value commercial projects is highly desirableStrong knowledge of construction contracts (RIAI, JCT, NEC, or similar)Salary is open to negotiation and based on experiences.
