Key accountabilities: As Compensation Job Architecture Manager your key accountabilities will be: Job grading system management Lead the Euronext Career Framework administration for the Group accordingly with Euronext internal guidelines.
Ensure consistent annual review and update across all functions and countries.
Ensure with HR teams accurate employee mapping to roles and levels to secure data reliability within the Group and stored in HR systems in collaboration with our HRIS team.
Make sure the Career Framework reflects Euronext roles diversity, propose adjustments when relevant Support job evaluations of new roles, aligned with the Group methodology, and secure grading consistency across the group and with external benchmarks.
Manage Euronext Career Framework deployment in potential newly integrated companies of the Group Maintain and update the Career Framework policy and enforce its continuous roll-out in all locations and entities.
Create or improve tools and communication materials to support adoption of HR, managers and employees.
EU Pay Transparency directive implementation Support the Euronext implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive and act as the subject matter expert on pay transparency requirements related to Career Framework consistency mapping.
Monitor legislative developments for Euronext countries, proposing adaptation of roadmap to ensure compliancy.
Partner with HRBP in addressing queries related to pay transparency and job grading.
Support the implementation of communication toward managers and employees.
Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, etc.) using salary survey sources, market references and internal equity.
Manage day-to-day interaction with providers (AON, Mercer) in partnership with other C B team members, and ensure the proper application for Euronext requirements.
Data Analysis Reporting Drive data collection and analysis, including mining pay gap drivers and providing rationale.
Prepare reports for senior management on job grading, gender pay gap and pay transparency progress.
Identify opportunities to enhance job grading processes and tools.

We are looking for the following profile: Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in Compensation/reward -ideally 5 years, with strong knowledge of grading/ job evaluation or survey analysis.
Rigorous, organized and dynamic.
Results and deadline driven.
Strong International background and experience.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Eager to understand Euronext's jobs and skills Ability to work both in the detail and at a conceptual level.
Ability to translate expertise language into clear and concise non-expert business language.
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject Expertise on workday systems would be a plus.
