Experience of working in a Human Resource role that has involved dealing with HR matters e.g. employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, training and development etc. as relevant to the role Ability to develop, manage and deliver effective HR strategies as relevant to the role Experience of dealing with Industrial Relations matters including negotiations with staff and representative groups Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to the role · Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of delivering change projects involving multiple stakeholders as relevant to the role
· Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of managing competing priorities and deadlines, where the ability to analyse and interpret information to make decisions quickly and accurately is required as relevant to the role
