Role Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting Business working with some of the world's leading financial institutions.
As a Senior Consultant, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients to ensure they receive the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management and/or business analysis experience, the ability to manage, motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements. You will have deep change management experience and prior success as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution.
The Role and Responsibilities
This role will focus on Operational Due Diligence (ODD), so knowledge of Financial Crime, AML, ODD, and PEPs is essential.
The ideal candidate is a BA/PM hybrid responsible for mapping current and future states and overseeing implementation, with a background in AML/Financial Crime. Data expertise is preferred.
As a Senior Consultant, you will have:
* Proven consulting experience or experience in Project Management or Business Analysis within Financial Services.
* Change management experience: Strategy, Design, Analysis, Project Management, Build Testing, Go-Live.
* Understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events.
* Experience managing projects and supporting successful project/program deliveries.
* Knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem and participants (e.g., sell side, buy side, market infrastructure).
* A background in management consulting or a change role within a financial institution, with a blend of Financial Services knowledge and soft skills such as influence, listening, presentation, and team management.
* Comfort working independently and managing your workload with minimal supervision.
* Responsibility for supporting business growth through ongoing operations, RFPs, and mentoring junior consultants.
* Experience with Treasury Transformation and IT delivery and decommissioning.
