Access Talent Group are currently working one of Ireland's biggest multi-national Civil & Structural consultancies who are looking to bring on an Associate Director in their Bridges and Infrastructure Team in either their Dublin or Cork offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to come into the country's leading consultancy where you will lead a fantastic pipeline of not just UK and Ireland bridge projects, but international design projects too. No two days will be the same
Within this role you'll be working on some huge bridge projects, alongside Chartered Engineers and Junior Engineers who you will mentor and help shape their career. Our client boasts a prestigious Bridge Engineers Working Group, where once a year the bridge teams from their international offices meet up to discuss various projects and share ideas.
To be considered for this role:
- You must be a Civil/Structural/Bridge Engineer, graduated with a relative Civil or Structural Degree and preferably with 12+ years' experience on Irish projects post grad.
- Preferable to have design experience on Bridge projects in Ireland and familiar with the relevant Revit/AutoCAD software.
- Full Right to Live and Work in Ireland is preferable
As well as receiving a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution up to 7%, 26 days annual leave and a company bonus based on both personal and company yearly performance
