RECRUITERS / Principal Lead (CIPD Associate Member)
We're looking for an experienced, high-performing sales professional to take on a pivotal role driving over €2M in new business revenue annually in the Irish legal sector.
This senior-level, individual contributor position is all about growth — building strong relationships with senior legal decision-makers and positioning innovative legal solutions at the heart of their operations.
The role focuses on e-discovery, DSAR, and contracting solutions, working across the full sales cycle — from generating new leads and opening doors, to negotiating complex agreements and closing high-value deals.
You'll work directly with General Counsels, Heads of Legal, and other senior executives, managing long and often complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing and delivering a robust outbound sales strategy to engage senior legal executives in Ireland.
Building relationships at the highest level within large organisations to create opportunities for e-discovery, DSAR, and managed legal contracting solutions.
Leading high-impact presentations and meetings to influence and win business.
Managing both inbound and outbound sales channels, ensuring every lead is nurtured to close.
Owning the sales process end-to-end — from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, contract signing, and seamless handover to delivery teams.
Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the Irish legal sector.
Maintaining a strong, well-managed sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
10+ years in high-value sales within the legal or professional services industry.
A proven record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Strong connections with Irish-based senior legal leaders, including General Counsels and Heads of Legal.
The ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a consultative sales environment.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and confident operating independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Experience with CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline.
