Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-desk inquiries, and maintaining a friendly professional environment.



Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming clients and ensuring a positive first impression
* Managing front-desk inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and in-person requests
* Maintaining accurate records and updating systems as needed
* Providing administrative support to the interdisciplinary team
* Coordinating with external stakeholders to facilitate services and ensure information flow



Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in healthcare or disability services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with electronic systems and software
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
