Clinical Nurse Manager I
The Clinical Nurse Manager I plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Day ward, working collaboratively with the CNMII and other members of the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Provide expert clinical leadership to nursing staff, ensuring safe and comprehensive care is provided to service users within established guidelines.
* Work closely with the CNMII and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective processes are in place.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the CNMII to develop and implement evidence-based care planning approaches, ensuring the highest professional standards are met.
* Supervising, coordinating, and deploying nursing and support staff within the clinical setting, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
* Coordinating accreditation tasks and maintaining accreditation standards within the ward, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A registered nurse with a minimum of three years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
