About the Role
We are looking for a Club Manager on a Full Time basis to join our management team at Anytime Fitness Dun Laoghaire.
Responsibilities
You will be managing the day to day operations and memberships of Anytime Fitness Dun Laoghaire. You will be developing a talented team of sales people to ensure that targets and KPI's are reached. You will have excellent customer service skills and will proactively turn leads into sales. This is a very exciting management role for someone who also has previous sales experience.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Successful candidate for the Club Manager role will have the following skills, attitude and experience:
High-energy and a self-starter with an outgoing and approachable personality.
Excellent business acumen and leisure industry experience preferred, but not essential.
A strong sales focus and be target driven with a desire to achieve.
Be able to develop a talented team of sales advisors to ensure that targets and KPIs are reached.
Ambition to succeed is essential.
Be able to manage the sales process to generate new memberships and create a reputation of quality within the local community.
Be able to support the club team in retaining members and providing outstanding customer service.
Planning skills for sales and marketing activities in line with Head Office to be proactive in generating leads.
Managing and mentoring the team – experience of this would be an advantage.
Ensure all policies and procedures in place are adhered to.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee maintenance of equipment and premises.
