Who We Want
Looking for a highly dynamic project manager to lead Facilities, Utilities & HVAC projects on site in our Additive Manufacturing site, Anngrove. The role involves planning and executing multiple projects in coordination with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
What You Will Do
* Lead the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control projects, evaluating trade-offs within the project.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures.
* Develop and manage the project Gantt chart, analyze critical paths, major workstreams, and milestones. Own the project schedule.
* Define the project budget with cross-functional managers, monitor, and control costs within budget.
* Partner with the project team to create and monitor project Quality Plans using relevant planning tools.
* Develop a risk management plan, identify and analyze risks, and develop response plans.
* Create a Procurement Management Plan and collaborate on selecting procurement partners.
* Estimate, acquire, and assign resources, defining roles and responsibilities. Provide performance feedback to functional managers.
* Work with operations to develop a deployment plan minimizing production disruption.
* Develop and execute the communications management plan for the project team and stakeholders.
* Additional technical responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary.
* Develop a Stakeholder Management Plan based on stakeholder analysis and expectations.
* Build successful relationships internally and externally, understanding quality systems.
* Maintain high emotional intelligence, stay calm under pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Drive results, support business goals, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
* Manage teams effectively, selecting appropriate tasks and maintaining morale.
* Influence without authority, encouraging team collaboration.
* Incorporate end-user feedback to refine scope and communicate changes clearly.
* Prioritize tasks aligning with organizational goals, keeping the customer at the center.
* Exercise judgment, weigh benefits and risks, and adapt to ambiguity with a growth mindset.
Qualifications & Skills
* Level 8 NFQ qualification and 6+ years of relevant experience.
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
* Strong leadership, management, interpersonal skills, and budget management experience.
* Knowledge of GMP, ISO 41001, and facilities management tools.
* Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional teams.
