Job Title: Administrative Support Officer
Location: Ennis
This is a temporary Grade III clerical officer position with our client in the public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
Responsibilities:
• Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, managing electronic and physical records, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
• IT proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous clerical or administrative experience required.
