* Build strategic relationships with Principal Investigators to identify opportunities for growth
* Manage Intellectual Property disclosure processes to safeguard company assets
* Conduct thorough commercial assessments of new technologies
* Negotiate licenses and technology transfer agreements
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience
* Proven expertise in MS Office, Office 365, TEAMS, and Zoom
