Health & Safety Advisor
to join our team on a high-profile
advanced Pharma construction project
in Limerick.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety in a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures on-site.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
* Provide expert advice to project teams on all Health & Safety matters.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
* Deliver toolbox talks, training, and inductions to site personnel.
* Collaborate with contractors, management, and clients to foster a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in construction
* NEBOSH National/Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of
CDM regulations, HSE standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
