Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing invoices, banking, and correspondence.
* Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and maintain organized records for tax preparation.
* Arrange travel arrangements for the CEO and perform other tasks as required.

Requirements:

* High level of discretion, professionalism, and maturity in handling sensitive information.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to varying tasks and priorities.
* Proficiency in finance or bookkeeping practices, with excellent attention to detail.
\


Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in finance or bookkeeping, preferably with a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant background.
