Administrative Support Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team as a skilled administrative professional. As the backbone of our delivery success, you will be responsible for managing complex diary coordination, strategic documentation, candidate outreach, and research support.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting search projects by managing multiple tasks and coordinating with consultants and researchers.
* Preparing high-quality reports and presentations in collaboration with the team.
* Developing candidate profiles and preparing role briefs to meet client needs.
* Candidate Outreach: Building relationships with potential candidates and performing timely follow-ups.
* Scheduling and Coordination:
* Managing scheduling, including correspondence for candidate screening and update meetings with clients.
* Business development support by drafting client proposals and pitch decks, conducting market intelligence, and preparing lists of senior leaders within new or priority sectors.
* Diary management, scheduling, and organizing travel and expenses for the Managing Partner.
* Other administration: Managing administrative activities, client events, website content-related tasks, and booking travel for clients and candidates.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative function supporting leaders and senior professionals within Executive Search or Professional Services.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with executive-level clients and candidates.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
* Proactive with a positive outlook and flexible manner.
* Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ideal education to degree level or equivalent.
