Location: There is currently One Permanent whole-time vacancy available in Social Inclusion South West, Kinvara House, Dublin Hill, Cork. A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade VIII Social Inclusion within the South West Region from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Post Specific Related Information
Under the direction of the relevant Head of Service / General Manager the post holder will be responsible for managing the delivery of services, across South West region in line with statutory requirements, resource allocation and service plan targets.
* To ensure the efficient, effective and safe delivery of health and personal social services for patients and clients, within national and RHA frameworks and available resources.
* To ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards within available resources.
* Provide leadership to staff in delivering services consistent with the new model of care to ensure integrated service for patients and clients.
* Support clinical leadership in the delivery and governance of integrated service provision, ensuring safety and quality of service.
* Create a management team which supports collective responsibility and action in all aspects of Health and Personal Social Service delivery.
* The roles will evolve as the structures within the RHA are further developed and established.
