Bar Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for the leadership of our bar team in a unique and vibrant hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance, and cost control.
* Manage, develop and train the bar team to achieve operational excellence
* Maintain full compliance with relevant laws and regulations ensuring seamless operations
* Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation and pride in work
* Oversee day-to-day operations across all bars including inventory management and cost optimization
* Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate closely with senior management on payroll, profitability and customer satisfaction targets
* Develop and manage schedules to meet business needs and demands
* Respond professionally to guest queries and complaints
* Train staff to promote hotel facilities and services effectively
* Maintain exceptionally high hygiene standards at all times
