Role Overview
Applications are sought for a full-time ongoing English Teaching position at Padua College to commence in 2026. Padua College provides a contemporary Catholic secondary co-educational learning environment for young people in the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay regions. Our College, founded by the Sisters of Mercy and named after St Anthony of Padua, aims to be a positive, creative, hope‑filled community where Catholic values and spirit are shared and each person's sacred dignity is nurtured.

Teachers are supported by the Learning Leaders, Assistant Heads of Campus for Learning and Pedagogy, Deputy Principals/Directors of Campus, and the Vice Principal for Learning and Teaching throughout development, implementation, and teaching of the curriculum. They are also supported by House Coordinators and Assistant Heads of Campus for Student Wellbeing and Growth in pastoral care, discipline, and effective class management.
Salary
According to the CEMEA 2022, $79,589.00 – $118,063.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
