This will be a shared role across two businesses within the group ofpanies and a unique opportunity to make an impact across the organisation.
This is an office-based role with travel between sites as required.
Your new role As HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the people strategies while overseeing all aspects of HR within the respectivepanies.
As HR Officer, you will manage all aspects of Human Resources in thepany and will provide support and guidance for all HR activities.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business performance.
As HR Officer, your main responsibilities will include management of recruitment processes.
Onboarding of employees, including reference checks, new start documentation, right to work checks, issuing offer letters / contracts and the delivery of induction training.
Planning, organising, and assisting in the delivery of training and development for all staff.
You willplete payroll administration.
Manage absence and employee relations issues.
Oversee and provide support with performance management.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are implemented in a consistent manner.
Maintain all fair employment records and ensure the fair employment monitoring return ispleted for thepany.
You will also assist with health and safety duties as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed Essentially, you will have previous experience working in a HR role where you have been responsible for employee relations and absence management.
You will have strong knowledge of RoI and UK employment law with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
You will be able to demonstrate excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
Effective organisational, planning and time management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft suite.
