This is an exciting opportunity to join a tech team as an early-stage engineer in Dublin.
You'll collaborate with the CTO and design and develop a greenfield, full-suite Banking Service—built entirely in the cloud using a modern Java-based, automated tech stack.
Key aspects include building a resilient, scalable, and secure platform that raises the bar for customer experience in financial services.
Your work will influence the architecture, engineering culture and long-term technology vision of the company alongside our CTO, Principal Engineer and Senior UI Engineer.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass the following:
Responsibilities
* Architecture collaboration: Working with CTO, Principal Engineer and Senior UI Engineer you'll be turning the designs and high-level frameworks into performant, secure and resilient services
* Team member mentoring: Coaching other engineering team members, learning together, providing guidance on best practices in software development and engineering processes
* Code Development: This is an individual contributor role so coding and actively contributing to the development of core features and functionality will be the main part of the role
* Collaboration across the business: Work closely with business SMEs, Product Designers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of the implementations with the business objectives
* Quality Assurance: Collaborate on building and evolving a robust testing practice and ensure adherence to coding standards throughout the development lifecycle
* Technology Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies and recommending solutions that can enhance our offerings
* Compliance and Security: Work with compliance and risk team members to implement security measures that safeguard sensitive financial data
Requirements
5+ years deep experience in agile software design, development for AWS Cloud Ideally 5+ years' experience in some or all:
* Banking, payments processing, KYC, AML, Customer onboarding, UX, Data analytics
* Significant experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks; proficiency in Python, Java and React Native is a significant plus
* Significant experience in deployment, release, testing, observability and alerting principles and standards
