Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Leadership
* Drive salon sales growth and exceed performance KPIs from front-of-house.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Plan and execute in-house customer events and promotions.
* Build and nurture brand and supplier relationships to maximise partnership value.
* Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, and events departments.
* Team Management
* Lead and manage a team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Set clear goals and standards, providing ongoing coaching and support.
* Foster a high-performing, motivated, and service-driven team culture.
* Front-of-House Operations
* Ensure the smooth and professional day-to-day running of the salon reception.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on client care and retention.
* Manage appointment scheduling using salon software.
* Handle customer queries and complaints across phone, email, social media, and in-person.
Sales & amp; Client Services
* Confidently upsell treatments, courses, and retail products to clients.
* Support therapists in closing client sales.
* Identify opportunities to fill gaps in the appointment diary and maximise productivity.
* Stock & Admin
* Oversee stock management and ordering within budget guidelines.
* Perform daily cash-ups, balance tills, and send end-of-day reports to management.
* Assist with administrative tasks and salon opening/closing procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
