Senior BA with experience working in a dynamic environment with a proven track record of successful business analysis delivery within projects. They will have responsibility for liaising with business teams in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes, policies and information systems.
The BA AVP must take a lead role in driving the team forward including process improvement within the team and with internal and external groups interacted with. They will have responsibility to develop and manage their team members; to ensure strict governance is in place and followed by all members of the team and to manage the team's workload.
