Management Accountant CREGG are seeking an experienced and highly organised Management Accountant to join our clients finance team on a permanent basis at their Shannon office. The Management Accountant will work with both the Group Management, Division and Corporate Organisation to directly support business objectives, planning, and strategies to meet financial expectations and implement/support the integration of best practices throughout the Group. Key Responsibilities: Monitor financial statements to ensure accuracy. Manage the monthly accounting close process to corporate standards. Manage compliance with all SOX and local statutory requirements. Preparation and submission of financial reports. Preparation and submission of ad-hoc reports as required by Division. Preparation and submission of annual and monthly budgets/forecasts. Finance owner for capital projects. Preparation for year end audits in accordance with Company and Statutory regulations. Support Operations and Sales teams with Finance metrics, reports, and product costings. Ensure integrity of standard cost system. Qualifications and Skills: The successful candidate must hold a relevant accounting qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA. Minimum of 2 years financial/management accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. High level of proficiency in MS-Office required including Word, Excel, Outlook along with experience in ERP and Bespoke Systems. Ability to work in a multi-disciplined management team. Effective communicator and can work well across the business functions at all levels and can influence others to achieve results. Willingness to travel occasionally.
