The Product Manager role sits in the Dairy Powders category within the Ingredients commercial team, and reports into the Category Manager - Whey.

Your goal is to increase product profitability in your category by supporting the execution of the category strategy and driving delivery of the right customer opportunities.
Responsibilities Innovation projects manage projects by working with cross functional teams to deliver project goals.
You will represent the commercial view, guide stakeholders, take key decisions, coordinate and meet project milestones and provide clear recommendations based on project outputs.
Managing new, value-add, product introduction including change management, collateral development, product concepts and applications for dairy powders.
Working closely with marketing to develop go-to-market story for new product introductions across all dairy powders.
Pipeline management using our online C4C platform - in conjunction with sales team, develop a pipeline and co-ordinate sales resources.
Ensure pipeline is aligned with short terms and longer-term strategic objectives.
Utilising C4C digital platform to manage and report on pipeline Supporting the category manager in management of the business unit- including supply chain and planning optimisation.
Becoming an expert on Tirlns portfolio (whey and related products) in a way that can support other functions in the business (e.g.
sales Requirements Degree level in Business / Commerce / Food science or other similar third level qualification.
Proven 5 years experience in a similar role background in B2B food ingredients experience a distinct advantage.
