Our Medical & Life Sciences division continues to perform strongly, with established client relationships across Ireland and internationally.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join this high-performing team.
THE ROLE: This is a full 360 recruitment role within our Medical & Life Sciences division.
You will inherit a solid base of existing business and active accounts, while also being responsible for developing new client relationships and expanding your footprint within the sector.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle: business development, client meetings, role qualification, candidate sourcing, interview management, and offer negotiation.
There is strong internal support, but this is a commercially driven role with clear targets for revenue growth and new business generation.
The desk has genuine potential, with live roles, repeat clients, and warm relationships already in place.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to build a significant billing desk within a supportive, well-established brand.
THE PERSON: We are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter, ideally with exposure to medical, healthcare or life sciences markets - although strong recruiters from other professional sectors will be considered.
You should be commercially aware, confident in developing new business, and comfortable managing client relationships at a senior level.
A track record of consistent billings and working toward growth targets is essential.
You'll be ambitious, self-motivated, and motivated by high earning potential.
