Site Engineering Leadership Role

The Site Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the maintenance and engineering team at the site, ensuring the effective management of manufacturing equipment performance.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to achieve high-performance manufacturing equipment
* Design and oversee technician training programs and skills enhancement initiatives for maintenance teams
* Coordinate repair and installation activities to minimize downtime
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to plant availability, effectiveness, and costs
* Manage proactive and reactive maintenance processes, including contractor and third-party maintenance agreements
* Ensure compliance with established maintenance procedures and best practices

A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in managing maintenance teams, preferably in food or pharmaceutical production
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to influence and drive results-oriented teams
Previous project management experience a plus
Results-driven individual with high performance capabilities in fast-paced business environments
