The primary objective of the Team Leader is to manage and oversee the delivery of a high-quality, client-centered service. This entails working closely with the Residential Services Manager to ensure that all clients receive exceptional care and support.
* Assist in planning and managing services for adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues who have varying disabilities & complex health needs in a person-centred respite service.
