POSITION SUMMARY: As a Retail Coordinator, you play a key role in how our store runs day to day — supporting your Retail Manager, guiding the team, acting as a go-to in the manager's absence and delivering a great experience for our customers. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Coordination & Leadership• Coordinate retail assistant tasks each day.• Lead by example on the shop floor.• Act as the go-to in your Retail Manager's absence• Ensure all tasks are carried out and completed in Managers absence.• Deal with employee issues in the first instance• Keep all discussion with employees confidential or between management• Help to deal with employee concerns• Support task delegation and follow-through on MyComms actions.• Assist with new store setups if requested. Store Operations • Ensure that all daily tasks are completed and followed up on by all staff\• Participate in daily walks to ensure the above• Ensure a clean, tidy, well-presented store at all times.• Manage stock: ordering, pricing, receiving, and merchandising.• Execute promotions and in-store campaigns.• Accurately process sales, refunds, and till adjustments.
