You'll be at the helm of a skilled team of 10+ professionals, driving IT excellence across infrastructure, ERP, WMS, security, strategy, and digital transformation.
�� What You'll Be Owning:
1. Lead and grow a multifunctional IT department, aligning services with the company's strategic goals.
2. Oversee and mentor a team of talented engineers, analysts, and team leads.
3. Own the integration and seamless performance of core systems – ERP, WMS, Website – ensuring customers' policies and claims flow like clockwork.
4. Be the go-to for senior management, translating tech talk into actionable business solutions.
5. Set and execute a modern IT strategy with a sharp focus on innovation, security, scalability, and governance.
6. Own IT budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Deliver mission-critical projects across infrastructure, automation, and digital transformation.
8. Future-proof the business with top-tier security, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
�� What You Bring to the Table:
9. 10+ years in IT (7+ in leadership), ideally in insurance or financial services.
10. A sharp mind for strategic thinking and flawless operational execution.
11. Proven experience leading high-performing teams and enterprise-scale IT operations.
12. A track record of successful ERP and WMS implementations in complex environments.
13. Deep understanding of cyber security, data protection, and INFOSEC best practices.
14. Masterful project management skills – ITIL, PMP, PRINCE II or similar.
15. A natural communicator with elite stakeholder management skills.
