Beyond day-to-day operations, you will act as a subject matter expert for master data processes and support system enhancements and automation initiatives across the function.Key responsibilitiesOwn cash application, customer master data maintenance, and transaction adjustmentsAct as SME for master data governance processes, supporting customer creation and amendmentsDrive OTC-related projects including automation, system enhancements, and process improvementsRepresent OTC in IT discussions and support timely resolution of system-related issuesCoordinate testing and deployment of new SAP and system functionalitiesSupport multiple legal entities across the region, ensuring compliance with SOX, SPA agreements, and internal policiesMonitor KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and use data to drive continuous improvementSupport audits through accurate documentation and timely responsesPartner closely with the OTC Manager on operational and strategic initiativesWhat we're looking forStrong experience in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash, ideally within a Shared Services environmentDegree-qualified in Finance, Business, or similarStrong attention to detail with a clear focus on accuracy and controlsConfident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionallyA proactive problem-solver with a practical, solutions-focused mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and evolving environmentExperience with ERP systems such as SAP or OracleExposure to analytical, automation, or process mining tools is a strong advantage
