Our client is a busy construction company based in Dublin with a strong track record in residential, commercial, healthcare and education projects.
This role is part of their office team where you will support multiple departments including operations and site teams. If you're the type who loves structure and problem-solving, this role might be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Keep internal systems up-to-date
* Manage documents and policies
* Support daily office operations and other teams across sites and training
* Liaise with various departments
* Maintain high standards
Requirements:
* 3+ years' administrative experience
* Excellent organisational skills, sharp attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially SharePoint, OneDrive and Excel
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Friendly confident communication, both on the phone and in person
* Valid Stamp 4 holder or European citizen

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
