Lead Accommodation Team Member
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a lead team member in the accommodation department. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure that all public areas are clean and well-maintained.
* Manage a team of housekeeping staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
* Evaluate and implement health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
* Collaborate with the Maintenance team to maintain hotel standards and address any issues promptly
* At least 1-2 years of experience in an accommodation department at a supervisory level
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
* Able to adapt to changing circumstances and demonstrate flexibility when needed
