Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to provide high-quality personal and practical care to individuals in their own homes. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will support clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure their safety, comfort, and well‑being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light physical support.
Support daily household activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Administer or remind clients to take prescribed medications as per care plans.
Monitor clients physical and emotional condition and report changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and enhance quality of life.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
Follow health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic understanding of elderly care, disability support, or home care services.

Experience

Working Hours
Flexible morning shifts (typically between 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
