The Role In this position, you will have the opportunity to: Work on a wide spectrum of complex disputes, including regulatory investigations, judicial reviews, technology-related disputes, insurance matters, insolvency and restructuring, and environmental issues.
Act on behalf of a diverse client base across multiple industries, often on some of the most significant cases in the Irish market.
Contribute as part of multi-disciplinary teams on high-value, cross-border disputes.
Take responsibility for mentoring and supporting junior lawyers, helping to develop their skills and careers.
Play an active role in business development initiatives, from contributing to client publications and thought leadership to attending international industry events and potential overseas secondments.
The Candidate Qualified solicitor with 24 years PQE in commercial litigation/disputes.
Strong technical knowledge and proven ability to deliver commercially focused solutions.
Comfortable managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
A collaborative team player who enjoys client contact and developing lasting relationships.
Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in contributing to practice growth and business development.
