Description
In this role, you will design and develop learning experiences that directly support the growth and success of Amazon's global data center workforce. This is a full-time (five day) office position.
Key job responsibilities

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), Program Managers, and business stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design solutions that drive measurable behavior change.
Design and develop a variety of learning formats including web-based training, instructor‑led training, job aids, how‑to videos, and hands‑on practical assessments.
Apply Agile and ADDIE methodologies to manage the full content development lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, implementation, and evaluation.

Apply AI‑assisted design tools and workflows to accelerate content development, improve personalization, and enhance the overall learner experience.
Create visually compelling learning assets, including graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements, that reinforce learning objectives and engage a global audience.

Or you dedicate some time to your stretch project, figuring out a new feature or strategy for the team. The day is split between balancing commitments for meetings, documentation, and tickets, with focused design work in a wide array of methodologies and modalities.
Basic Qualifications

Experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities including ILT, e‑learning and video.
Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
Experience with project management.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
Experience in delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer.
Knowledge of general AI tools.
Experience in front‑end web development.
