We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the efficient delivery of community-based services for adults with intellectual disabilities.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless service provision and be proactive in leading, motivating, and empowering staff members.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years' postgraduate experience in leadership and management, as well as a degree in Social Care or Health Sector. Appropriate registration in Health and Social Care Management is also a necessary requirement.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum Level 7 degree in Social Care or Health Sector
* Appropriate registration in Health and Social Care Management (QQI Level 6)
* A minimum of 3 years' postgraduate experience in leadership and management
* Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities
* Demonstrated commitment to community integration and active citizenship
* Proficiency in computer skills and online data management systems
* A full clean driving licence with access to own transport
* Fluency in verbal and written English
