Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Platform Support Lead who will be responsible for supporting users of the Strategic Platform, driving proactive platform improvements, and ensuring platform stability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for innovating and leading change, with a proven track record as an effective change agent.
* Provide leadership for Strategic Platform Support in the EMEA region.
* Assist in optimizing business support models for the Strategic Platform.
* Work with key business leaders and partners to prioritize feature and capability roadmaps, ensuring best outcomes and investment returns.
* Monitor and report on overall Strategic Platform health and trends.
* Collaborate with Technology Support teams to triage, prioritize, and design fixes and enhancements for the Strategic Platform.
* Act as the main point of contact for Technology teams in day-to-day activities.
* Cooperate with Business and IT leaders to drive enhancements.
The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, process, and operations orientation, coupled with change-leadership skills to unify teams around common objectives and drive sustainable change.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Deep expertise in commercial underwriting processes, data, controls, and technology, with understanding of best practices around these capabilities.
* Experience working across functional, organizational, and business boundaries, ensuring the entire process delivers the desired service level standard.
* Demonstrated excellent problem-solving abilities, in a practical way, to balance between addressing root cause and introducing changes in fast order.
