This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take the lead on multiple design projects, working closely with internal teams and acting as a representative for end clients across a range of procurement and contracting strategies. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement in Ireland, with attendance at the Dublin office based on team schedules. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 7years' experience in project and design management, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-project environments. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide diverse teams toward successful project outcomes. Experience acting as a client-side representative, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering to high standards. Expertise in developing and executing design and project execution plans. Skilled in conducting design reviews, managing technical aspects, and resolving RFIs efficiently. Knowledge of procurement strategies and contract administration is essential. Adept at identifying bottlenecks in the design process and implementing proactive strategies for resolution. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of design projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery in line with agreed briefs, timelines, and industry standards. Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams, guiding them through complex design processes and resolving roadblocks as they arise. Act as the Clients representative, safeguarding their interests and managing the development of design strategies, procurement routes, and execution plans. Drive project planning and execution, revising strategies as needed to meet evolving objectives. Organise and chair design reviews, conduct value engineering, and ensure consistency in the design management process across all stages. Monitor project compliance through regular audits and reviews at all gateways and control points. Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, oversee RFIs and technical queries, and ensure integration of design with wider program requirements. Assist in the preparation of bid documentation related to design management. Ensure successful project close-out, including final accounts, documentation, and post-occupancy evaluations.
