Job Perks:
* Earning potential of over €60,000 per year if targets are met

Qualifications:
* Reporting to the Dealer Principal.
* 4+ years Main Dealership experience.
* 4+ years of Motor Sales experience.
* Commercial vehicle sales experience would be of distinct advantage.
* Target-driven and self-motivated.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* The ideal candidate will be a process-driven person.
* Must have valid work authorisation within Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enhance the positioning and perception of Ford passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle range in the market.
* Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including commercial vehicle sales, marketing, after-sales, senior management and finance.
* Continuous training of industry developments, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.
* Maintaining strong relationships with our current customers.
* Engaging in strategies to introduce our offerings to new potential customers, aiming to expand our reach and grow our client base.
* Ideal candidate must be a people's person.
