**Job Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our Hedge Fund team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct accounting services for assigned clients and moderately complex funds
* Determine net asset values, calculate fund performance, allocate expenses, and prepare reports
* Perform complex fund/client accounting responsibilities such as driving service improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes, and specialist review functions
* Provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations involving complex accounts or transactions
* Draft reports for clients regarding the performance of complex funds and review draft reports completed by less experienced staff
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
They must also be able to evaluate GAAP/IFRS rules to determine the impact on fund accounting practices.
