* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Maintain compliance with quality control procedures and professional standards.
* Deliver proactive and efficient client service, meeting their needs and expectations.
Requirements and Skills:
* Professional Qualifications: Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience/part-qualified.
* Leadership Experience: Experience managing and developing client relationships, including coaching and mentoring team members.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions, with a focus on building strong business relationships.
