Manufacturing Process Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to lead our team and drive process improvements in our high volume, fully automated manufacturing environment.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned engineer with experience leading teams to take their skills to the next level. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering on Key Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Results by:
* frequent reviews of preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring they effectively mitigate equipment failure and improve uptime;
* 'striving continuously' (this was changed from continually strive) to standardize & optimize equipment setup & upgrade as needed;
* improving efficiency through data-driven decision-making using Six Sigma methodologies;
* widening leadership potential ,
